How do I create a subscription for Auto-Delivery?
Joining is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page. To subscribe, simply select the Auto-Delivery option, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal.

What will happen after I create a subscription?
Your order for a new product will process on the frequency you chose at checkout. If you chose to process an order every 2 months you will likely get your order a week after.

Once you’ve subscribed, subscriptions are easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription by logging into your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or canc

By logging into your subscription account here. You can make changes to your subscription order including opting to ship now or rescheduling to a later date.
How can I skip a delivery?
By logging into your subscription account here. Under the product you want to make changes to select "Manage this subscription" and select skip or reschedule.
How can I change shipment frequency?
By logging into your subscription account here, you can make changes to your shipment frequency under the product you want to make changes to. You can update quantity and frequency.
How can I cancel my subscription?
We would hate to see you go but if you need to make changes to your subscription order log into your account and select cancel subscription.
How much does Subscription shipping cost?
Orders over $50 and any subscription orders ship free throughout the United States and any one time orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $5.
How can I change my payment method?
By logging unto your subscription account here you can make changes to your order including payment under the payment methods tab.
